Our 56 luxury condominiums, featuring two bedrooms and two baths, are located in a four-story high-rise building within the 55+ community of Century Village East (CVE) on Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We pride ourselves on being a non-rental, non-smoking condominium building. The Grantham C Condominium Association is well-managed by an elected volunteer board of directors alongside a professional property management firm that provides landscaping services, housekeeping for the communal areas, and financial services.
In our humble opinion, Grantham C is the most perfectly situated building in Century Village East. Nestled at the rear of the picturesque Grantham cul-de-sac, we are just steps away from the Grantham swimming pool. Behind our building, a 60-acre parcel is being developed into a beautiful park for CVE residents. Just outside our front entrance, there is a bus stop for the free CVE shuttles, which provide easy access throughout our expansive 750-acre community and to various stores, shops, and recreational venues beyond our gated community. A short walk west leads you to the CVE Clubhouse, which boasts a state-of-the-art theater, a party room, a fitness center, an indoor pool, art rooms, card rooms, a billiards room, a woodworking shop, a library, meeting rooms, and so much more. Adjacent to the Clubhouse, you'll find a restaurant and a variety of outdoor sports venues. Plus, we are conveniently located approximately four miles from the beach. What is not to like?
